Hurricane Isaias

Today, crews have been busy with numerous calls. Dozens of members have been running calls in every piece of apparatus, ranging from power lines down to rescues of persons trapped in high water. Middletown Fire co 50 assisted Aston Twp Fire Co 17 and Rocky Run Fire co 46 with the rescue of a trapped occupant in high water who was stuck on top of their vehicle. The motorist was safely removed.

While multiple crews were back operating in the Middletown region, a crew of 4 water rescue technicians also went to assist Darby, PA for multiple hours with numerous companies evacuating and checking houses in in borough of Darby with Marine 50 and our Utility/Pickup unit.

Do Not try to drive through flooded roads! TURN AROUND, DON’T DROWN!
